Oh what a night! A sold-out crowd at a benefit thrown for Jordan and Cady at Riverside Grill. The Young Businessmen of Tulsa threw this together in first-class fashion in only 8 days, with a silent auction, moving speakers including my dear friend Jim Stovall, and even the Mayor of Tulsa in attendance.
This on the heals of an awesome two-page spread in the Tulsa World yesterday morning (click on the photo above to read the story), a surprise even to Jordan and Cady who knew they’d been interviewed but had no idea it would be such a significant story, capturing the real heart of their relationship.
Thank you to all who came out for the event last night, investing in our couple and showing such strong love and support for their journey.
So glad I can be in town for these moments, and thrilled that the rest of our crew starts arriving today. It’s sunny hot in the high 90’s and no rain in the forecast for our Saturday outdoor wedding plans.
Heading out for a run this morning and hoping for some time by the pool later today. Happy mid-week everyone!
